New partnership between Parentaly & ParentData pairs career-focused parental leave support with evidence-based parenting guidance to strengthen workplace culture and employee wellbeing

November 5, 2025 – Parentaly, a leading provider of parental leave career support and business continuity programming, has partnered with ParentData, the trusted source for evidence-based parenting guidance founded by economist and New York Times best-selling author Emily Oster.

Together, they will deliver a more comprehensive support experience for working parents, combining Parentaly’s career and business continuity expertise with ParentData’s research-backed insights for everyday parenting decisions.

Through the partnership, Parentaly participants will be invited to join exclusive virtual events with Emily Oster and will receive complimentary access to ParentData’s Plus subscription, providing access to more than 1,300 articles, personalized newsletters and resources across the entire parenting journey: trying to conceive, pregnancy, parenting and beyond.

By combining Parentaly’s programming for employees and managers with ParentData’s research-driven parenting resources, this collaboration delivers holistic support that’s as impactful for families as it is for organizations.
